Ortom Congratulates Obaseki for Clinching PDP Ticket


Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, congratulates his Edo state counterpart, Godwin Obaseki, for emerging as the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the September governorship election.

Governor Ortom says Obaseki’s victory in the peaceful and transparent primaries affirms the internal democracy within PDP and the party’s capacity to provide greater development for Edo people under the present administration.

He expresses optimism that Governor Obaseki will maximize the goodwill and confidence Edo people have in him and continue to selflessly serve them in the next four years, when re-elected.

He calls on the people of Edo to sustain their support for Governor Obaseki to enable him succeed.

Governor Mutfwang Receives Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu's Generous Donation Of 500 Million Naira To Plateau Crisis Victims

Nigeria's First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has donated N500 million to families affected by violent attacks in Plateau States.  The N500 million will be disbursed under the Renewed Hope Initiative and Social Investment Programme, with One Million Naira allocated to each of the 500 affected families.
