Gov Peter Mbah Nears Completion of Ultra-Modern Technical College in Enugu

 The administration of Governor Peter Mbah has reached a major milestone in its push to revamp the education sector in Enugu State, with the near completion of a brand new, state-of-the-art Government Technical College (GTC) in Enugu.

Contrary to first impressions, the stunning edifice—mistaken by many for a university campus—is in fact a technical college designed to equip students with cutting-edge vocational and technological skills. As of today, the project is 98% completed, with final touches expected to be wrapped up by the end of the week.

According to officials, the institution is being outfitted with some of the most advanced machines, tools, and learning technologies available in the country, marking a significant leap in technical education delivery. Education stakeholders have hailed the development as unprecedented, noting that similar initiatives are hard to find anywhere else in Nigeria.

Governor Mbah, who has consistently prioritized education and youth empowerment since assuming office, plans to replicate this model in every federal constituency across the state.
“This is about safeguarding the future of our children,” said a government spokesperson. “It’s a demonstration of what’s possible when leadership is driven by vision, innovation, and a genuine commitment to the people.”
The new technical college stands as a testament to Governor Mbah’s “Tomorrow is Here” mantra, a philosophy that places the future of Enugu’s younger generation at the heart of governance.
