Bauchi State Governor Appoints Amirul Hajj Team for 2024 Hajj Exercise in Saudi Arabia

His Excellency Sen. Bala A. Mohammed CON, Fnipr (Kauran Daular Usmaniya) the Executive Governor of Bauchi State has approved the appointment of His Royal Highness Alhaji Usman Bilyaminu Othman, the Emir of Dass, as the State Amirul Hajj for the 2024 Hajj Exercise in Saudi Arabia.

According to a letter of appointment signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Ibrahim Mohammed Kasim indicated that his appointment along - side 13 other prominent citizens of the State is based on their devotion, exemplary dedication, discipline and divine service to Almighty Allah.  And they are carefully selected to oversee the smooth coordination and facilitation of pilgrims from Bauchi State during the holy pilgrimage.

The Amirul Hajj Team comprises individuals with extensive experience in managing pilgrimage affairs, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of pilgrims. Their appointment underscores the government's unwavering commitment to providing seamless pilgrimage experiences for all intending pilgrims from Bauchi State.

Governor Bala Mohammed expressed confidence in the capabilities of the appointed team, emphasizing their capacity to uphold the highest standards of service delivery and professionalism throughout the Hajj exercise. He reiterated the state government's dedication to supporting pilgrims and ensuring their welfare throughout their journey.

The Governor urged the appointed team to discharge their duties diligently, with the utmost sincerity, and in accordance with the principles of fairness, equity, and justice.

The appointment takes immediate effect.

Governor Mutfwang Receives Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu's Generous Donation Of 500 Million Naira To Plateau Crisis Victims

Nigeria's First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has donated N500 million to families affected by violent attacks in Plateau States.  The N500 million will be disbursed under the Renewed Hope Initiative and Social Investment Programme, with One Million Naira allocated to each of the 500 affected families.
