Global Crusade with Kumuyi Ends in Wukari, as Governor Agbu Kefas Honours Pst Dr W.F Kumuyi with Award of Consistency in Ministry

The Governor of Taraba state, Dr Agbu Kefas has extended his heartfelt appreciation to the Convener of the Global Crusade With Kumuyi, Pst Dr W.F Kumuyi, and the Deeper Life Church for their dedication to spreading the gospel and 
touching lives as well as giving hope to the hopeless.

The Governor was speaking at the end of the five-day Global Crusade With Kumuyi and Easter Retreat which was held in Wukari, Taraba state.


Dr Agbu Kefas acknowledged that the crusade witnessed the power of the Lord, as God manifested Himself in miraculous ways as well as the abundance of signs and wonders.

The Governor noted that beyond the physical manifestation of God's presence and power, there was the transformation of hearts and souls as many people found salvation and deliverances.

While saying he is deeply moved by the profound impacts of the crusade, Dr. Agbu Kefas said the lessons learned, the prayers offered, and the fellowship shared fortified the people's faith, and renewed their commitment to living a purposeful life.

He reassured the people that the All-Sufficient Jesus would meet their needs beyond expectations and urged them to continue to walk in faith, trusting the promises of God.

He expressed optimism that as a result of the crusade, the state would not remain the same as it would wax stronger in peace, unity, progress, and prosperity.

The Governor then Presented an award of consistency in life and ministry to Pst Dr W.F Kumuyi.

Receiving the award, the  Pst Dr. W.F Kumuyi expressed delight to be in the state when Dr. Agbu Kefas is Governor.

Pastor Kumuyi said he is happy to associate with Dr Agbu Kefas because he has vision, and focus and he is lifting the state in peace, prosperity, and security.

Earlier in his Sermon at the end of the crusade on the topic Jesus; the Redeemer, Seeking to Restore, Renewed and Recommission Us, Pst Dr W.F Kumuyi, said salvation and redemption belong to everyone who believes and confesses Jesus Christ.

He said Jesus is the righteous carrier of sins for redemption and that at resurrection Jesus conquered death and whatever challenges confronting humanity.

The Wife of the Governor presented an award of Integrity and Exemplary Life to the wife of Pst Dr W F Kumuyi, Mrs Esther Kumuyi while the Aku Uka of Wukari presented a portrait of Kumuyi to him.

There were goodwill messages from the joint organizers CAN and other leaders who contributed to the organization of the crusade.

There were various song ministrations at the programme.

The crusade features healing and deliverance prayers, testimonies, and prayers for the Governor and the state among others.

Governor Mutfwang Receives Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu's Generous Donation Of 500 Million Naira To Plateau Crisis Victims

Nigeria's First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has donated N500 million to families affected by violent attacks in Plateau States.  The N500 million will be disbursed under the Renewed Hope Initiative and Social Investment Programme, with One Million Naira allocated to each of the 500 affected families.
