Ahead Dankwambo Presidency, campaign group releases Timetable for Convention

The National Convention of Dankwambo Solidarity Group, DSG, and Inauguration of National Executive Committee and State Officers will take place on Thursday/Friday, 7/8 June, 2018 at Gombe International Hotels, Gombe, the capital of Gombe State.

Administrative Secretary, DSG, said the event will afford members an opportunity to brainstorm on the strategies to be adopted by DSG to strengthen campaign for the emergence of His Excellency, Alh. Dr. Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo as the PDP Presidential flag-bearer and finally win the 2019 Presidential Election.

DSG will also host a World Press Conference thereafter.

Governor Fintiri reaffirms prioritization of infrastructure, welfare

 ...inspects ongoing renovation of Courts Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri says his administration is giving priority to infrastructure and welfare improvements across key sectors, including the judiciary, legislature, and civil service, to boost productivity and comfort. He stated this when he inspected the ongoing renovation at the Customary Court and High Court in Yola. The Governor said his administration is determined to provide every sector with the right facilities so that workers can deliver their best. He explained that the judiciary, being one of the three arms of government, is receiving special attention with the provision of modern and comfortable office spaces. Governor Fintiri commended the contractor handling the court projects, saying the quality of work, furnishing, and environment shows excellence. How Olubolade Averted Bloodshed As Bayelsa Military Administrator - Gov Diri

Governor of Bayelsa State , Senator Douye Diri , has narrated how a former Military Administrator of the state, Navy Captain Omoniyi Olubolade (rtd), avoided a bloody crisis during his time at the helm of affairs.  Olubolade was the third military administrator of Bayelsa from June 27, 1997 – July 9, 1998 after the state was created by the late military Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha , on October 1, 1996.
