PEER REVIEW TOUR OF LEGACY PROJECTS IN SOKOTO STATE PART 1: Sokoto State Advanced Medical Diagnostic Centre

A peer review exercise and special interrogation and reporting on Legacy (high impact) Projects initiated and executed by PDP Governors in their respective states has started.

The campaign is coordinated by the PDP Governors Forum, PDP – GF, and is taking the Team of top journalists drawn from the print, electronic, social media platforms, independent consultants and Civil Society Organisations, CSOs, to all the states controlled by the party.

The first state to be reviewed under the agreed and approved set of criteria is Sokoto state.

The review exercise began with a presentation of identified Legacy projects, followed by a site tour of some of the projects, and incisive appraisal of programmes and policy options and outcomes before a conference interrogation by the Team, of the quality of delivery of the projects, cost management, capacity and relevance of the projects and impact on citizens of the State.

These legacy achievements capture sectors like infrastructure, agriculture, roads, bridges and flyovers, health, education amongst other massive showcase of impact-oriented projects.
