Gov Fintiri Condoles With The Families of Ribadu in Yola

 Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has expressed his condolences to the Ribadu family and the people of Yola South following the death of Hajja Fadimatu Ahmadu Ribadu.

Fadimatu, who died at the age of 77, was the elder sister of Malam Nuhu Ribadu, the former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The Governor, who was present at the deceased's family compound in Yola town, termed Hajja Fadimatu's death as a major loss to the people of Adamawa.

He urged the grieving family to carry on their martriach's good works, which will be dearly missed, and prayed to God to soothe her soul in Aljnnatul Firdausi.

Fintiri went on to say that death is unavoidable for all mortals and advised the family to have fortitude and accept the unavoidable loss.

Alhaji Lawal Ribadu, who received Governor Fintiri on behalf of the grieving family, thanked him for empathizing with them during their time of mourning.
Hajja Fadimatu Ahmadu Ribadu died on Wednesday at Fombina Diagnostic Centre in Yola following a brief illness, leaving behind five children and siblings.
