PDP Governors Forum Felicitate Gov. Obaseki at 65

The Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum (PDP-GF), under the Chairmanship of Rt. Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, CFR, the Governor of Sokoto State, is happy to celebrate with you on your 65th birthday anniversary, today Friday, July 1, 2022.

We join members of your family, our Party and the entire people of Edo State in thanking God for His blessings and benevolence on you in your very eventful public and private life.

The Forum is glad to note your exemplary management of the resources of Edo since you mounted the saddle as Chief Executive, especially in the repositioning of public assets management along global best practices in accounting, procurement and prudence.

We are also glad to associate ourselves in the bold steps you have taken in making Edo an example in integration of technology and ICT in agriculture expansion, industrialisation, power infrastructure provision, development of education, access to healthcare, roads, sports, etc.

Since joining our Party and Forum, your voice around the table has been a stabilising and innovative one in moments of decision and implementation of programmes and projects.

Your inputs towards the successful hosting of our 2021 National Convention and the 2022 Special National Convention (as Chairman of the Finance sub-committee) which birthed our presidential flag-bearer, will always be remembered.

We pray for God’s grace, fortitude and wisdom to enable you sustain your leadership of the people of the State and continue to contribute positively in national affairs.

Be assured of the Forum’s continued support as you continue to lead Edo State for the remaining parts of your tenure.

Happy 65th birthday anniversary once again!

Hon. C.I.D. Maduabum, LLM

Director-General,

PDP Governors’ Forum.
