Modern Commerce Hub Takes Shape in Jimeta Under Governor Fintiri’s Watch

 Governor Ahmadu Fintiri’s administration continues to deliver on its urban renewal agenda through the ongoing construction of the Jimeta Ultra Modern Shopping Complex. The project, managed by the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry under Hon. Commissioner Dr. Ishaya John Dabari, is making notable progress across several phases.

Report on current Site Updates indicates that Block B Phase 1, lines 1-6 handled by Messrs Lubell Nig. Ltd, has first-floor slab reinforcement works ongoing, with casting in progress.

Work also showed that Formwork for slabs and lintels, including soffits and sides, is actively underway.

Formwork and reinforcement activities by Messrs Madugu Commercial and Construction Company, showed remarkable progress on the first floor.

On the Steel truss installation by  Messrs Amijapp Nig. Ltd, steady  progress is recorded across the ancillary buildings.

The project, which is going according to time and specification, reflects the administration’s commitment to modern infrastructure, commercial expansion, and economic empowerment for the citizens of Adamawa State.
