Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku swear In Chairman and Members of Public Complain and Anti Corruption Commission.

Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has sworn in the Chairman and members of the public complaint and Anti Corruption Commission. The 7 man Commission is to see into public complaints, anti grafts and other related corruption matters in the state. The Governor disclosed that the members have been carefully selected base on their integrity and track records. 

He said as the pioneers of this commission in the state, the eyes of the public and the entire state will be on them and he urged them to deliver on it by been neutral on the area of discharging their duties. He warned publicly that there is no longer room for those who thinks public funds no longer has accountability and transparency checks. 

The Governor implore the general public to support and comply with the Commission so as to attend the purpose for the creation of the Commission. He warned that when receiving complaints from the public they must back same with facts so as to avoid contradictions, he charge them to execute their duties with decency and not with arrogance because they are created to correct the ills going on in the public.

Governor Fintiri reaffirms prioritization of infrastructure, welfare

 ...inspects ongoing renovation of Courts Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri says his administration is giving priority to infrastructure and welfare improvements across key sectors, including the judiciary, legislature, and civil service, to boost productivity and comfort. He stated this when he inspected the ongoing renovation at the Customary Court and High Court in Yola. The Governor said his administration is determined to provide every sector with the right facilities so that workers can deliver their best.
