Initiate Better Reforms And Policies- Fintiri Tells Newly Inaugurated Board Members
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has challenged newly inaugurated Chairmen and Members of Boards and Commission in Adamawa to initiate reforms and policies that will promote accountancy and discipline in the service sector.
He gave the charge Monday while inaugurating members of Adamawa State Fiscal Responsibility Commission, Adamawa state Local Government Service Board, and Adamawa state pension board which held in the Government House, Yola.
The Governor told them that his administration is running a transparent and all inclusive government adding that they are free to approach him as his doors are always opened for meaningful advice that will move the state forward.
He congratulated the appointees for being sworn into office and urged them to do their best towards carrying out relevant reforms in their various offices for the benefit of the service and greater Adamawa.
In an interview with newsmen after the event, Mrs Lilian Stephen who is a member of the Fiscal Responsibility Commission thanked Governor Fintiri for giving her the opportunity to serve under his administration and pledged to bring necessary changes in the commission.

Responding on behalf of the appointees, the Chairman Local Government Service Board, Mr Piton Power told the Governor that they will discharge their duties diligently and assured him their unflinching support and loyalty.
