Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has outlined his administration's ambitious plans to position Plateau as a leading hub for medical tourism within Nigeria. He emphasized the favorable climate and the hospitable nature of its people as pivotal elements in realizing this vision.
Governor Caleb Mutfwang also advocated increased funding for federal health institutions in the state to address the nationwide issue of healthcare professionals seeking opportunities abroad, thereby enhancing healthcare standards not only within Plateau but across the nation.

Responding, Governor Mutfwang expressed gratitude for their commitment to keeping the state safe and stressed the importance of collective efforts in combating criminal and terrorist activities.
