Yola's Ultra-modern International Sports Complex Construction is Kicked Off by Governor Fintiri

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has initiated the construction of the first phase of the abandoned International Sports Complex in Yola.

The project, which had been neglected by previous administrations, is being revived by the Fintiri administration due to its significance for youth development and sports in the state.
Governor Fintiri emphasized that the completed sports complex will support sporting activities and provide a platform to nurture the talent of young people in the state. He also highlighted the economic potential of the sports industry and called for private-sector investment.

The project, estimated to cost N4.7 billion, has a fifteen-month timeframe for completion. The coach of the Super Falcons of Nigeria expressed gratitude for the initiative, noting its potential to benefit Nigeria and empower youths and women.
