Gov. Diri, Okowa, others at funeral of Sheriff's mother-in-law, Mama Agnes Tager, in Delta

 Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, alongside his wife, Dr. (Mrs.) Gloria Diri, immediate past Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and others today attended the funeral service for Mama Agnes Avwenyotoma Tager at Evwreni Kingdom, Delta State.

Mama Agnes who died at the age of 86 years is mother to the wife of Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.

In the entourage of the Governor were, Hon.(Mrs) Ebizi Ndiomu-Brown, member representing Sagbama Constituency 3 in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. Solomon Agwana, Chairman, People's Democratic Party, Bayelsa State chapter, Alabo Gideon Ekeuwei, Secretary to the State Government, members of the State Executive Council, Rt. Hon. Tonye Isenah, former Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Local Government caucus chairmen of the PDP and other top government officials.
It was attended by hundreds of Anglican and other denomination bishops and priests, religious leaders, traditional rulers, judges, lawyers, politicians and captains of industry, as well as family and friends of the deceased.
