Gov. Diri's Kinsmen Congratulate Him On Re-election

 ... says victory is pure, hand of God

... as Gov. Diri appreciates Kolga people for their thoughtfulness 

Bayelsa Governor, Senator Douye Diri, Sunday received his kinsmen from Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area as they congratulated him on his re-election for second tenure as Governor of the State.

The delegation under the auspices of Kolga Elders Council which include HRM King Onya Agara Mozi, Ibedaowei of Kolokuma Kingdom was received in Sampou community.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Dr. Isaac Kumokou, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) caucus chairman for the LGA described the victory as the hand of God.

He described Governor Diri as a strategic politician, cool, focused and master planner who displayed confidence all through the election period.

Gov. Diri in his response, appreciated them for their support and contribution towards his reelection, stating that his victory was orchestrated by God.

Governor Mutfwang Receives Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu's Generous Donation Of 500 Million Naira To Plateau Crisis Victims

Nigeria's First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has donated N500 million to families affected by violent attacks in Plateau States.  The N500 million will be disbursed under the Renewed Hope Initiative and Social Investment Programme, with One Million Naira allocated to each of the 500 affected families.
