Ahiajoku Lecture 2019: Imo Government Unveils Logo

The logo for the Ahiajoku Festival 40th Anniversary was unveiled at the Sam Mbakwe Executive Chambers, Government House Owerri, Wednesday.

Ahiajoku Festival was instituted forty years ago as an avenue to get in touch with the history, culture, and civilization of the Igbo nation.

The unveiling ceremony was directed by His Excellency, former Governor Ikedi Ohakim, who is the Chairman of the Ahiajoku Festival 40th Anniversary Planning Committee.

This year’s Ahiajoku Festival, scheduled to take place from the 29th to 30th of November, 2019, is lined up with a plethora of events, among which is the historic Ahiajoku Lecture.

The Ahiajoku Festival 40th Anniversary is guaranteed to be an intellectual harvest of Igbo culture.

The unveiling ceremony was well attended by His Excellency, Governor Emeka Ihedioha; his deputy, Engr. Gerald Irona, and other members of the State Executive Council.
