Governor Fintiri Returns To Yola After Vacation

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has returned to Yola after his official vacation. 

The Governor in an interview with newsmen expressed confidence in the nation's judiciary. 

The Governor assured the people of Adamawa of continued developmental projects in the state. 

Governor Fintiri was welcomed at Yola International Airport by the Deputy Governor, Prof. Kaletapwa Farauta, Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Awwal Tukur, Commissioners, Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, legislators, top government officials, party chieftains and supporters.

Governor Fintiri reaffirms prioritization of infrastructure, welfare

 ...inspects ongoing renovation of Courts Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri says his administration is giving priority to infrastructure and welfare improvements across key sectors, including the judiciary, legislature, and civil service, to boost productivity and comfort. He stated this when he inspected the ongoing renovation at the Customary Court and High Court in Yola. The Governor said his administration is determined to provide every sector with the right facilities so that workers can deliver their best. He explained that the judiciary, being one of the three arms of government, is receiving special attention with the provision of modern and comfortable office spaces. How Olubolade Averted Bloodshed As Bayelsa Military Administrator - Gov Diri

Governor of Bayelsa State , Senator Douye Diri , has narrated how a former Military Administrator of the state, Navy Captain Omoniyi Olubolade (rtd), avoided a bloody crisis during his time at the helm of affairs.  Olubolade was the third military administrator of Bayelsa from June 27, 1997 – July 9, 1998 after the state was created by the late military Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha , on October 1, 1996.
