Gov Fintiri Charges Immigration Service Secure Porous Borders

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri Thursday charged the Nigeria Immigration Service to deploy adequate personnel to check the porous borders in Adamawa State.

The governor stated this when he received in audience the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration on a courtesy call in the Government House, Yola.
The governor urged them to stem the tide of security in the porous borders to prevent foreigners from intruding into the state.
The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Mohammed Babandede, commended Governor Umaru Fintiri for developing Adamawa through infrastructure projects among others.
