Gov Fintiri Swears-in Auditor General For Local Governments

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri Wednesday swears in Auditor General for Local Governments in the state.


The Governor charge him to be just and fair to all and work towards strengthening the sector.


The Auditor General for Local Governments Mr Sini Zira Kwabe while responding appreciates Governor Umaru Fintiri for finding him worthy of the position.


Highlight of the event was administered the oath of office and allegiance on the Auditor General by the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Afraimu Afraimu K. Jingi

Governor Fintiri reaffirms prioritization of infrastructure, welfare

 ...inspects ongoing renovation of Courts Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri says his administration is giving priority to infrastructure and welfare improvements across key sectors, including the judiciary, legislature, and civil service, to boost productivity and comfort. He stated this when he inspected the ongoing renovation at the Customary Court and High Court in Yola. The Governor said his administration is determined to provide every sector with the right facilities so that workers can deliver their best. He explained that the judiciary, being one of the three arms of government, is receiving special attention with the provision of modern and comfortable office spaces. Governor Fintiri commended the contractor handling the court projects, saying the quality of work, furnishing, and environment shows excellence.
