Gov Bala Mohammed Participates in Nigeria Development Update, Economic Policy Evaluation Session in Abuja

I participated in the Nigeria Development Update (NDU) interactive session and paper presentation. The event, which held at the Hilton in Abuja, was organized to evaluate and discuss Nigeria’s economic policies and progress.

This gathering provided a valuable platform to foster dialogue on the nation’s development trajectory, bringing together dignitaries such as the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Olayemi Cardoso, the Minister of Finance, Mr. Wale Edun, the CEO of Outsource Global, Mrs. Amal Hassan, and the Senior Vice President of the World Bank, Mr. Indermit Gill.
During the discussions, my fellow panelists and I engaged in vibrant exchanges about the current state of Nigeria’s economic policies. We shared insights based on our experiences in government and the private sector, emphasizing areas of progress while also identifying sectors that demand further attention and improvement.
My participation in this session reaffirmed my commitment to engaging in national conversations that contribute not only to the development of Bauchi State but also to Nigeria as a whole. Collaborative strategies and improved policy implementation remain essential for achieving sustainable growth, and I am dedicated to seeking such approaches.

The NDU session serves as an annual forum where key stakeholders assess our economic challenges and explore opportunities to enhance Nigeria’s development outcomes.
