PDP Governors Hold Emergency Meeting with Party Stakeholders

Abuja, October 22, 2024 — The Peoples' Democratic Party Governors' Forum (PDP-GF) is currently holding an emergency meeting at the Bauchi State Governor's Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja. The meeting, which aims to address pressing issues concerning the state of the party, will also delve into national developmental concerns.

In attendance are PDP governors from across the country, as they strategize on the party’s future and how best to steer the nation towards progress. This high-level gathering will later expand into an enlarged session involving the party’s National Working Committee (NWC), the Board of Trustees, the leadership of the National Assembly, and representatives from the Forum of former Governors.

The outcome of today’s discussions is expected to set the tone for the party’s strategy moving forward, both within the political arena and in addressing national challenges.

The PDP Governors’ Forum under the leadership of H.E. Governor Bala A. Mohammed, CON, held an enlarged meeting at the Bauchi State Governors’ Lodge, Tatari Ali House, Asokoro on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. At the conclusion of their meeting in Abuja on Monday, February 12th, 2024, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors' Forum, under the leadership of H.E Governor Bala Mohammed, CON, addressed pressing issues affecting Nigeria.
