Kefas swears in 16 Permanent Secretaries, one Special Adviser

Dr. Agbu Kefas, Taraba State Governor, swore in Hon. Josiah Sabo Kente as Special Adviser on Political Matters and 16 Permanent Secretaries at the Government House in Jalingo on Thursday.

While administering the oath, Governor Kefas underscored the significance of the appointees' roles in the state's development, emphasizing that integrity, professionalism, and dedication are essential to their work.

Justice Filibus Joel Agya, the Chief Judge of the state, administered the oath to the newly appointed officials.

According to the governor, the decisions and leadership of these officials will directly impact the lives of the state's people.

He encouraged the new Permanent Secretaries to prioritize good governance, teamwork, and service delivery, key areas for his administration. "Your leadership will be crucial in achieving our vision for the state," the governor said.

Responding onbehalf of the appointees, Hon. Josiah Sabo Kente expressed gratitude to Governor Kefas for the appointment and promised that the appointees would work hard to fulfill expectations and realize the administration's goals.
