PDP Governors Send 53 Hearty Cheers to Gov. Ahmadu Fintiri

The PDP Governors' Forum under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has congratulated Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru  Fintiri, the Governor of Adamawa State, on the occasion of his 53rd birthday anniversary.



A press statement dated October 27, 2020 and signed by Hon. C.I.D. Maduabum, the 

Director-General of the Forum heartily conveyed the PDP Governors' warmest wishes to him.

PDP GOVERNORS' FORUM CONGRATULATES GOV. AHMADU UMARU FINTIRI @53


The Peoples Democratic Party Governors' Forum (PDP-GF) under the chairmanship of Rt. Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, CFR, heartily conveys its warmest wishes to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Governor of Adamawa State, on this occasion of his 53rd birthday anniversary.


2. We humbly join him and his family to appreciate the Almighty Allah for His love and care, good health and protection through the years. 


3. Being entrusted with the responsibility to administer the state of Adamawa as Governor is a great task, so we thank the Almighty Allah who has endowed him with humility, wisdom and vision to make a difference in the lives of his people, and pray for divine guidance in his political career.


4. Worthy of mention are his giant strides in education and teachers' welfare which attracted the NUT Award of Excellence recently, ICT, youth empowerment; germane achievements in health facility renewal, civil service and security, various infrastrucural development projects to open up the state's economy to investors in agriculture, industry, power generation, etc.


5. His commitment to the security  and re - engineering of Adamawa State is highly commendable.


6. The Chairman and Members of the Forum praised Governor Fintiri for being a rallying force of brotherhood in the Forum and commended him for rebuilding and strengthening the PDP political family in Adamawa in particular and Nigeria in general.

Governor Mutfwang Receives Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu's Generous Donation Of 500 Million Naira To Plateau Crisis Victims

Nigeria's First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has donated N500 million to families affected by violent attacks in Plateau States.  The N500 million will be disbursed under the Renewed Hope Initiative and Social Investment Programme, with One Million Naira allocated to each of the 500 affected families. Announcing the donation at the New Banquet Hall of the Government House, Little Rayfield, the First Lady said that government is concerned about their plight.  Senator Oluremi Tinubu expressed her deep concern for the victims, stating that the news of the deteriorating security situation in Mangu Local Government Area on May 15, 2023, had deeply saddened her.  She acknowledged the devastation and despair faced by the affected communities, with destroyed homes and disrupted sources of livelihood.
