Closing Of Ramadan Tafsir: Governor Fintiri Weeps,..

..As Muslims Rain Encomium On Him For Attending Daily Ramadan Tafsir At Aggah Islamic Centre And Other Mosque In Yola Despite His Tight  Schedules.

It was an emotional moment at Aggah Mosque on Sunday as the lead Preacher Dr. Jameel Mohammad finally draw the curtain for this year's Ramadan Tafsir in Yola ,after weeks of reading and  translating  Suratul Nur from the glorious Qur'an. 


The Surah presents the laws of punishment for committing the sin of adultery and fornication among other notable lessons. 


While rounding up the Tafsir, a letter was sent from some one within the mosque stated how the punctuality of the Governor to  the daily Tafsir encourages him to attend Tafsir.

He went on to say the Governor's  presence alone ,changes his  perception towards him. 


The lead Preacher Dr.Jameel Mohammad also commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for attending the Tafsir programme  despite his daily engagement, noting that it was rare act from the political class. 


Dr. Jameel also called on Muslim Ummah to re dedicate themselves to the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah during and after Ramadan. 

On his part Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri calls for fervent prayers ,and the need for the Muslim community to live in peace with their neighbours. 


Tafsir is the science of explanation of the Qurʾān, the sacred scripture of Islaor of Qurʾānic commentary.

Governor Fintiri reaffirms prioritization of infrastructure, welfare

 ...inspects ongoing renovation of Courts Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri says his administration is giving priority to infrastructure and welfare improvements across key sectors, including the judiciary, legislature, and civil service, to boost productivity and comfort. He stated this when he inspected the ongoing renovation at the Customary Court and High Court in Yola. The Governor said his administration is determined to provide every sector with the right facilities so that workers can deliver their best.
