Comr. Agber Honours Governor Samuel Ortom With Artifacts

The Executive Chairman, Logo Local Government Council, Comr. Isaac Terseer Agber on Thursday, 6th May, 2021, presented some symbolic artifacts to the Governor Benue state, Dr. Samuel Ortom at the Benue Peoples House, Makurdi.

The artifacts presented to the Governor were that of a man with bow and arrow which signifies a bold a courageous warrior and a lady with a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flag which signifies a virtuous woman that is solidly behind her husband in order to succeed through thick and thin.


Comrade Agber said it was necessary to give the Governor the artifact because he has stood firm in defending the Benue valley from Fulani herdsmen militia. 


He described the wife of the Governor, Mrs. Dr. Eunice Erdoo Ortom as that virtuous woman who has been solidly behind her husband through the light and dark


Comr. Agber prayed God to continue to give the governor the strength, wisdom and knowledge to govern his people in the right direction.



Receiving the artworks, the Governor appreciated Comrade Agber for the honor done him and promised to always stand by his people who voted him, expressing hope that, the unprovoked attacks on Benue people by Fulani herdsmen militia would soon been a thing of the past.

Governor Fintiri reaffirms prioritization of infrastructure, welfare

 ...inspects ongoing renovation of Courts Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri says his administration is giving priority to infrastructure and welfare improvements across key sectors, including the judiciary, legislature, and civil service, to boost productivity and comfort. He stated this when he inspected the ongoing renovation at the Customary Court and High Court in Yola.
