Former Vice President Atiku Commissions First Overhead Bridge In Northeast Constructed By Gov. Fintiri

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has Commissioned the first overhead bridge in the entire Northeastern region constructed by the Fintiri led administration in the heart of Jimeta 

The overhead bridge and approach roads at Total Filling Station Junction includes provision of roundabout to distribute traffic to all roads at the ground level and extra lanes on the roads on each side of the roads on the ground level.


The event took place at the PZ roundabout in yola. 

Yola the Adamawa state capital stood still for the home coming of Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar who is home to commission the first overhead bridge in the north eastern region.

Both the young,old,men,women, and members of the opposition trooped out in celebration of the feat achieved by the game changer who has in just 2 years in office succeeded in making Adamawa great again 


Commissioning the flyover, Former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar congratulated the people of Adamawa for having the project which will improve traffic management and add to the beautification of the state capital.

The Wazirin Adamawa lauded Governor AUF for executing the gigantic project in the face of dwindling economic resources coupled with the competing demands in the state stating that history will for ever remember his achievements.


The project master Governor AUF said the significance of a project in the heart of a city like Yola, cannot be overemphasized and named the flyover bridge after the late Lamido of Adamawa, Alhaji Aliyu Mustafa.


He said his administration must not wait until the population in the state bursts to the level of disorder and the roads are taken over by gridlocks before the construction of flyover arguing that It is equally cheaper to do it now since it is inevitable in the nearest future

While describing Alh Atiku as Adamawas prized gift not only to Nigeria but the world at large appreciated him for his wise counsel and also the residents of Jimeta-Yola metropolis, for enduring the inconveniences of diversions and traffic gridlocks experienced for the past 9 Months


Commissioner of works and energy development Adamu Atiku described Governor Fintiri as a narrative changer who has made history by constructing the first flyover in the region achieved less than the 12months period on the contractual agreement saying it is not unconnected to the determination of the pragmatic leader 


In their goodwill messages, Alhaji Musa Garba, Barrister Musa Kaibo, Dr Aliyu Idi Hong and Galadima Adamawa Alhaji Mustafa Aminu commended Governor AUF for changing the face of Adamawa within just two years in office.


The Managing Director of Messirs Traictor Nigeria Limited Engineer Elie Abu Farahat said the company has worked on specifications in the construction of the overhead bridge assuring of quality work in all their projects

Governor Mutfwang Receives Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu's Generous Donation Of 500 Million Naira To Plateau Crisis Victims

Nigeria's First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has donated N500 million to families affected by violent attacks in Plateau States.  The N500 million will be disbursed under the Renewed Hope Initiative and Social Investment Programme, with One Million Naira allocated to each of the 500 affected families.
