Adamawa SEC Approves Construction Of Super Highway, Flyover In Yola

Construction of the super highway from Welcome to Yola to Barrack Road Junction will soon commence.

This was because the Adamawa State Executive Council at its sitting on Friday approved N21.8bn for the project.

The Commissioner of Information and Strategy, Mrs. Neido Geoffrey Kofulto, revealed this while briefing newsmen shortly after the Council meeting.

She said the Council has approved the construction of a flyover bridge at Mubi Roundabout in Jimeta at the cost of N9.2bn.

Mrs. Kofulto said the Council has approved the construction of a warehouse in the Government House Yola at the cost of N291m.

The project with a capacity of 7800 metric tonnes when completed will help prevent hoodlums from getting access to vandalise government property in the name of palliative.
