Gov Agbu Kefas Decorates ADC Emmanuel Ira And Two Others With New Ranks

Taraba State Governor Dr Agbu Kefas has decorated his Aide-De-Camp (ADC), Emmanuel, with the new rank of Superintendent of Police (SP).

At a ceremony held at the TY Danjuma House Jalingo on Monday, Sr Agbu Kefas performed the decorations assisted by the Taraba State Commissioner of Police and the spouses of the officers.

Before the new rank of Superintendent of Police, SP the ADC to Governor Agbu Kefas, Emmanuel Ira, was a Deputy Superintendent of Police, DSP.

Other officers decorated by the Governor include the Escort Commander, ASP Titus Jalingo, now DSP and DSP Benjamin Yakubu, the Two IC, Strike Force and Government House Jalingo, now  SP.

Agbu Kefas, while congratulating the newly promoted officers, also commended their commitment and dedication to service.

He told them that their promotion was a call for more dedication to service, hence the need to take it as a morale booster.

The ceremony was attended by the state Chief Judge, Justice Joel Agya; PDP state Chairman Alhaji Abubakar Bawa; Secretary to Government of the state, Chief Gebon Timothy Kataps; Chief of Staff Government House Administration, Dr Jeji Williams; Commissioners; Heads of Security Agencies, and top government functionaries among others.
