Governor Fintiri Unveils New Royals

Adamawa State Governor, H.E. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, has approved the selection of 7 new Chiefs and Emirs for Chiefdoms and Emirates recently created.

The newly selected Royal Highnesses are:

-HRH Alhaji Sani Ahmadu Ribadu: Emir of Fufore

-HRH Barrister Alheri B. Nyako: Tol Huba

-HRH Prof. Bulus Luka Gadiga: Mbege Ka Michika

-HRH Dr Ali Danburam (MBBS, FWACP, FCCP): Ptil Madagali

-HRH Aggrey Ali: Kumu of Gombi

-HRH Ahmadu Saibaru: Emir of Maiha

-HRH John Dio: Gubo Yungur


Governor Fintiri congratulated the new Majesties, emphasizing that their selections were based on merit and their popularity among the people. He urged them to be fair, honest, and responsible in their duties. The approval takes effect immediately.

Mohammed, CON, held an enlarged meeting at the Bauchi State Governors’ Lodge, Tatari Ali House, Asokoro on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Rising from the consultative meeting of the various organs of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the Party resolved as follows: 1. The National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting originally slated for October 24, 2024, has been rescheduled to November 28, 2024. 2. At the conclusion of their meeting in Abuja on Monday, February 12th, 2024, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors' Forum, under the leadership of H.E Governor Bala Mohammed, CON, addressed pressing issues affecting Nigeria. The Forum expressed concern over the economic and security hardships faced by Nigerians, urging urgent collaborative efforts between the Federal Government and subnational governments to find lasting solutions.
