The PDP Gubernatorial Campaign for the re-election of Governor Douye Diri and Deputy Governor Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo Monday, October 23,  hit Sagbama Constituency 3.

The team led by the Director-General of the campaign council took the message of prosperity to Tungbo, Adagbabiri, Trofani, Asamabiri, Osekwenike, Odoni, and Agbere communities.

The people of Asamabiri community were full of joy to receive for the first time in their history, a sitting Governor, who again assured of providing them with a 250 KVA Generating Set.

In Odoni, newly constructed internal roads were inaugurated just as the new Cottage hospital in Agbere was inaugurated by the Governor.

At Trofani, a power transformer to boost electricity supply was also inaugurated.

For the people of Asamabiri, Elemebiri, and Osekwenike communities, Governor Diri assured them that the State Government would take up the issue of the abandoned  Sampou-Odoni-Agbere-Asamabiri road project with the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

At Agbere community, venue of the Sagbama Constituency 3 main rally, Governor Diri in company of his running mate and Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, appreciated the massive show of support.

"This is like a carnival here in Agbere. We know you people will vote for PDP like you have always done. I am working with many of your sons and daughters and now with the people in the opposition who have declared their support for us, the victory here will be overwhelming. Thank you all", Gov. Diri stated.
