We'll Change Mindset, Create Inclusion - Gov. Bala Pledges

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, said his administration has established monitoring and evaluation as a new concept of ensuring public funds are judiciously utilized.

He was speaking durdxxzxzzzççing the closing ceremony of the three-day retreat for members of the State Executive Council, where he emphasized the significance of employing technical people as well as changing the mindset and creating inclusion in the public service. 

Governor Bala said his administration will require a lot of reform considering the dynamism of the public service system, adding that he has preparations to employ over ten thousand youths have been completed. 

On gender inclusion, Mohammed said carrier progression is a right of every citizen and it will be based on merit, issuing a stern warning that anybody caught over indulging or sabotaging the system will be dealt with decisively.
