Cease with the Excuses, There's Hunger- Gov. Bala Slams FG

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has recognised pervasive hunger, anger, and severe poverty impacting Nigeria, calling on the federal government to stop justifying itself and provide lasting solutions for citizens. 

Mohammed was speaking during the flagging off ceremony of the LGA election campaign organised by the Bauchi State chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP)today at Dr Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu Square, Bauchi Government House. 

While voicing concerns about the recent attacks by hoodlums during the #EndBadGovernance protests, Mohammed advocated for dialogue, saying his administration has executed numerous projects in the state hence the need to vote for candidates under the umbrella of the PDP in the August 17 election. 

Governor Bala added that his administration would continue to support the effective operation of all tiers' government to enable people at the grassroots   from the dividend of democracy.

Present were PDP stalwarts, including Senators Bala Kariya,  Adamu Ibrahim Gumba, flagbearers among others.

The meeting, held at the Plateau State Government House, Little Rayfield, Jos was attended by the principal organs of the party: l NWC, PDP-GF, BOT, NASS Forum, Former Governors Forum, Former Ministers' Forum and other leaders of the party.
