Ayade visits Songhai farms

... promises to raise more Green Millionaires in CRS

Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State has visited the Songhai farms in the State with a view to ascertain the level of preparedness for a smooth training exercise of Crossriverians in the agricultural sector.

The Governor, who was represented by his Special Adviser on Agricultural Projects, Mr. Akuku Achilles, said that the visit was important because of the government's commitment towards raising more Green Millionaires through the agricultural sector.

He stressed that his administration will do everything possible to see that the program gets the best it can.

He added that his joy was to see Crossriverians become millionaires in a very short while as he plans the flagging-off of the G-Money programme.

He explained that the Appeals Project will complement the G-Money program in the State.

Also in the team  was the State Project Coordinator of PROJECT APPEALS, Dr. Marcel Agim, who took out time to explain how prepared they were to carry out the exercise, adding that food, accommodation and learning materials are sufficient enough to carry the program to the end.
