Shut down Zamfara, NMA tells Gov - Report

The Nigerian Medical Association, Zamfara State chapter, has told Governor Bello Matawalle to impose a two-week curfew in an effort to stop the spread of Coronavirus.
Speaking to journalists in Gusau on Wednesday, the association’s chairman, Dr. Kabiru Musa, said that closing schools, ministries and parastatals was not enough to stop the spread of the disease.
He urged the Governor to also restrict movement for two weeks.
Kabiru stated that the State Government was supposed to have directed the people to remain at home to avoid overcrowding.
