BREAKING: Supreme Court dismisses APC application, affirms Matawalle as Zamfara Gov

The Supreme Court has dismissed the application of the All Progressives Congress seeking to review the judgement on Zamfara governorship election.


The apex court said that the application was a gross abuse of court, frivolous and grossly vexatious.

It awarded N2m cost against the APC to be paid to the respondents 1-140.

Mohammed, CON, held an enlarged meeting at the Bauchi State Governors’ Lodge, Tatari Ali House, Asokoro on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
