Governor Fintiri Appreciates Bishop Mamza's Call To Leading Christians In Adamawa

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has appreciated Bishop Mamza's call to leading the Christians and providing succor to those who have been battered by the vagaries of the present times. 



He stated this at the 25th and 10th anniversaries of Priestly and Episcopal Ordinations of Catholic Bishop of Yola Diocese Bishop Stephen Dami Mamza that held at St Theresa's Cathedral Jimeta-Yola.



He observed that since becoming Bishop, Mamza has continued to work towards building and strengthening relationships between the diverse people of Adamawa State and the Church of God in Nigeria.

Bishop Mamza while speaking commended Governor Umaru Fintiri and members of his cabinets for their unflinching support, urging him to continue doing the good work he has started to enable him continue to render selfless service to humanity.


The event was also attended by Deputy Governor Chief Crowther Seth, Speaker State House of Assembly, Alhaji Aminu Iya Abbas and Chief of Staff Government House, Yola Professor Maxwell Gidado, lawmakers, commissioners and local council chairmen among others.
