Governor Fintiri Mourns Late Hajiya Hadiza Haruna

Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has commiserated with the Adamawa State Chairman of the People's Democratic Party Tahir Shehu over the loss of his Mother, Hajiya Hadiza Haruna who died on Wednesday in Jada after a brief illness at the age of 90. 

Governor Fintiri who prayed Allah to grant the PDP State Chairman solace also prayed for God's comfort on him and the entire family.

He said "Mama lived a life of honesty and service to her community and mankind".

He commended her efforts at bringing up Children who would later become responsible citizens of the State and Nation.

"I am happy that Mama taught you and your other siblings the fear of the Lord, promoting good heritage and moral values". 

The Governor who was in Jada for the funeral on Thursday, expressed shock over the demise of the late Hajiya Hadiza urges the family to be comforted by the fact that their late Matriarch will be remembered for promoting good neighbourliness and love for all irrespective of different beliefs and other considerations.

Governor Fintiri described late Hajiya Hadiza as a strong Mother and community leader that Impacted on the lives of many promoting unity in and around Jada.

Rt. Hon. Fintiri noted that "Her Children will miss her Motherly counsel especially now that Barrister Shehu needs her most", and prayed Allah to grant the family the grace to bear the loss, saying "No matter the age, death is painful to loved ones".

"Please accept my heartfelt condolences, that of my family and the good People of Adamawa State".
