Governor Agbu Kefas Inaugurates Reconstructed and Remodeled Taraba Governor’s Lodge in Abuja
The Taraba State Governor's Lodge also known as TY Danjuma House Asokoro, Abuja has been officially commissioned following its reconstruction and remodeling.
Tarabans and well-meaning Nigerians, including the Governors of Adamawa, Plateau, and Kogi States as well as the former Military leader, General Yakubu Gowon and former Minister of Defense, General TY Danjuma, among other prominent Nigerians, converged on the State Governor's Lodge also known as TY Danjuma House to witness the ceremony.
The Lodge was commissioned by Taraba's famous General TY Danjuma.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor Dr. Agbu Kefas assured Tarabans of the commitment to promote the image of the state and that everything will be done to place the state in the limelight.
He guaranteed the people of the state better days ahead and sought their support and cooperation.
The Secretary to the Government of Taraba State, Chief Gebon Timothy Kataps, while speaking about the project said the unwavering commitment of the Governor has seen to the additional building, reconstruction and remodelling of the lodge within six months.
Some Tarabans took turns to add their voices in commending the Governor for such a laudable upgrade of the lodge as it represents the face of the state in the FCT.
They also expressed confidence in the leadership qualities of Dr. Agbu Kefas and said the Governor's Lodge remodelling is proof of better things for the state through the Governor.
