Gov Ortom Names Road After Suswam

Governor Samuel Ortom has named the road from Customary Court to George Akume road after his predecessor, Senator Gabriel Torwua Suswam.

Rivers State Governor, Barrister Nyesom Wike, who commissioned the road a shortwhile ago described Gov. Ortom as one who loves and cares for his people, saying he would always associate with such leaders.

Governor Ortom while thanking his counterpart for honouring the invitation, said people of the area had yearned for a road and had made several appeals for its construction, stressing that the nightmare experienced during rainy season had become a thing of the past.
