Gov. Matawalle Sends Christmas and New Year Message

Governor Bello Mohammed (Matawallen Maradun, Barden Hausa, Shattiman Sakkwato) MON, has sent his Christmas and new year message to all citizens in the state, calling on everyone to remain safe by obeying rules and regulations.

Governor Matawalle noted with delight that this year has come to an end with difficulty but the spirit of resilience of Nigerians has remained ever intact. He specifically called on all Christians in the state to observe this year's yelutide period with caution, decorum and  responsibility.


The governor also noted with delight that Christians in the state are living happily with everyone in the state and urge them to remain peaceful and obedient to constituted authority.


He admonished Christians to reflect the life and practice of Jesus Christ and use the period to pray for the state and country at large, especially against the menace of insurgency, banditry and other criminality.


Governor Matawalle wishes everyone a prosperous new year and remain optimistic that the year 2021 would be a year of peace, prosperity and abundance.
