Bauchi Gov Sympathizes With Sen. Kwankwaso Over The Death of his Father
...Also condoled with Katagum Emirate over demise of a District Head
Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State on Sunday commiserated with a former two-term governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, over the death of his father, Alhaji Musa Sale.
The governor who led top government and PDP officials on a condolence visit to the residence of the former governor in Kano, sympathized with the deceased family over what he described as a monumental loss.
According to him, the deceased during his lifetime, ruled his people with justice and equity describing his virtues as worthy of emulation.
Governor Bala Mohammed said he received the demise of late Alhaji Musa Sale with shock and prayed Almighty Allah to bless the family he left behind.
"We are here on behalf of the Government and people of Bauchi State to condole you over the death of our father, the father of the former Governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso."
"We sympathise with you over the death and we pray Almighty Allah to bless the family."
Responding, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso thanked Governor Bala Mohammed for the condolence visit and prayed Almighty Allah to reward him abundantly.
Similarly, Governor Bala Mohammed has condoled with Katagum Emirate over the demise of the District Head of Madara, Alhaji Muhammad Lele Mukhtar.
Speaking during a condolence visit to the Emir of Katagum at his palace, the governor described the deceased as a role model who sacrificed most of his lifetime to the service of humanity.
On his part, the Emir of Katagum, Alhaji Umar Faruk II said the late District Head was elevated to be a member of Katagum Emirate Council due to his qualities in leadership.
He also described the deceased as a humble and honest person who contributed immensely to the growth and development of the area.
The governor visited the residence of the deceased where he sympathized with the immediate family.
Governor Bala Mohammed while in Azare, commiserated with Alhaji Kaulaha Aliyu over the death of his elder sister, Adda Saadatu.
